A newly made partner in a law firm learns of an arms deal which the firm has agreed to take on. If implemented, it will cause mass murder in a conflict raging in foreign country. NVNV concerns a struggle to find a response to the hyper-violence of our time amid competing demands of conscience, career, professional responsibility, love and the law.
Authors and playwrights Michael Cormier and Myriam Cyr will speak at the Topsfield Historical Society to explain the real (and often misunderstood) history of the Salem Witch Trials, while setting the scene for the title character in their play Saltonstall:’s Trial: The Salem witch trial’s untold story. Cormier and Cyr will explain the ways that Topsfield and Boxford were intimately connected to the infamous witch trials.

Wilber’s War author Hale Bradt, will be the featured speaker at the Bethany Speaker Series on Thursday, April 4. Bradt tell the deeply personal story of the impact of World War II on his family.
